Writing: Write Friendly Letters 

Spelling-abundance, authorize, criticize, elegance, emphasize, evidence, existence, fragrance, harmonize, hypnotize, ignorance, inheritance, insurance, legalize, magnetize, organize, preference, reference, specialize, and sterilize.

Tuesday:

Reading: Work on the skill of the week- Class/Categorize. Read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Read Chapters 20-22. Work on  Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Packets.

Spelling- Practice Spelling Test!

Thursday:

Reading: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Work on novel packets-  Types of characters-dynamic, flat, stationary, round, etc.

Grammar: "Independent/Dependent Clause daily Grade

Writing: R.A.C.E responce from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Spelling: Write a short story using ten spelling words.

Friday:

Unit 1 Lesson 3 Test- word analysis, vocabulary, and cold read comprehension questions.
